A four year old was killed in an accidental shooting this evening. Sheriff's officals say it happened around 5 o'clock  in Red River Parish off Highway 71 in the Cross Roads Community. Police say a juvenile accidentally shot the toddler. The victim was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
