A Shreveport man got taken for a ride by two men who took his car on a test drive. Police say the thieves crashed the stolen Chevy Caprice into another car at the intersection of Dollarway and Louise Monday afternoon. Officers say the thieves ran from the car and left it running in the middle of the street. Police say before letting anyone test drive a car, sellers should ask to see a driver's license and jot down the person's tag information if possible. That wasn't the case Monday, therefore, police have little information about the thieves.
