NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) -- Police say they arrested a man suspected in the death of an Ashdown woman after he boarded a bus for California.

Police say Dereck Dariel Robertson, 34, of Ashdown was arrested Saturday afternoon on a Greyhound bus heading to California from North Little Rock. Investigators say witnesses have identified him as the man who killed Patricia Norwood, 42, during a Friday afternoon shooting.

Police say they have yet to develop a motive for Robertson in
the shooting. Officers traveled to North Little Rock on Saturday to return Robertson to Little River County to face charges in
Norwood's death.
