LSU has postponed Saturday's football game against Troy because of damage caused by Hurricane Gustav.

The game will be played Nov. 15. Both teams had an open date that weekend

Gustav caused some damage at Tiger Stadium, including broken glass, torn awnings over club seats and damage to a scoreboard. Debris littered the stands and playing field.

"The welfare of the people of Baton Rouge, the uncertain power issues facing all of us and the condition of Tiger Stadium were all factors in making this decision," a statement from LSU athletics said.
