It happened sometime early this morning in the 5700 block of Jefferson Paige Road.

Fire officials say the 53 year old woman was last seen smoking in the front room.

That's where her body was found.

Family members say she would frequently sleep there.

The woman's husband works offshore and wasn't home.

Her name is not being released until her family can be properly notified.
