DMV offices around the state closed

All Department of Motor Vehicles offices in Louisiana are closed due to the effects of Hurricane Gustav.

Gustav has knocked Baton Rouge for a loop, causing widespread power outages that have affected computer systems. Satellite offices are connected to the computer system in Baton Rouge.
