CONTEST RULES 1. GENERAL INFORMATION: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the terrestrial geographic viewing area of KPXJ CW 21 who are 18 years of age or older as of October 23, 2008. Sweepstakes begins on 10/23/08 and ends on 11/7/08. Employees and immediate family members of KPXJ21, KTBS 3 and KTBS, Inc. are not eligible for this contest. 2. TO ENTER: Register online at kpxj21.com beginning October 7, 2008 through November 6, 2008. Viewers will register for a chance to win a Family Four-Pack of State Fair Tickets. The 4-pack includes: 4 State Fair Admission Tickets, 1 State Fair Parking Pass, $25 in Fair Bucks. Rules may also be found at KPXJ CW 21,312 East Kings Highway, Shreveport, LA 71104. Two winners will be randomly selected each weekday beginning October 23 and ending November 7, 2008. Winners will be revealed each weekday morning during KPXJ 21 News at 7 (one winner per show). 3. PRIZE: At total of 12 State Fair Family Four-Packs will be given away each weekday morning on KPXJ 21 News at 7, beginning October 23 and ending November 7, 2008. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All taxes and all other expenses, costs or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. This prize cannot be transferred by Winner or redeemed for cash and is valid only as detailed above, with no substitution of prize by Winner. In the event this contest is terminated before all prizes are awarded or if any prize is forfeited or unclaimed, Sponsor will randomly select from remaining eligible entries an alternate winner for all remaining prize elements. 4. SELECTION OF WINNER AND ELIGIBILITY: State Fair Family Four-Pack winners are randomly selected daily by employees of KPXJ CW 21 from all eligible entries beginning October 23 and ending November 7, 2008. One winner will be revealed each weekday morning on KPXJ 21 News at 7. Winners may claim their tickets at KPXJ CW 21 during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM. Photo ID must be presented when claiming tickets. 5. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these Official Rules, or the Sweepstakes itself, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of the judges and/or Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with any of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Employees of KPXJ CW 21 and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) are not eligible. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and release KTBS 3 / KPXJ CW 21, their respective officers, directors, and employees, from any such liability.
