A simple swab test is all it takes to see if you're the hero an Ark-La-Tex infant is waiting for!

You could possible save the life of 4-month-old Ethan Powell. Ethan has a rare blood trait and his family has been unsuccessful in finding a bone marrow donor.

His father will be his donor May 27 if no one else is found, but Ben Powell is only a 50 percent match for his son.

This weekend, people who don't even know baby Ethan organized a testing drive to save his life.

"We know how hard this is, we've stayed with him, we've studied his website, we just love him. We want him to be able to grow up. We want him to make it," said Lily Banes, drive organizer.

Banes says she heard little Ethan's story on the news and started following his progress on his website. She says the story just touched her heart and she had to help.
